“ASUE CUP 2012” CONTEST-FASTIVAL TOOK PLACE

ASUE   Student  Council  with the  support  of  Armenian  Association  of  Scholars  spent   “ASUE cup  2012”  intelectual  contest-fastival  in  Pan-Armenian Youth Center  yesterday,  13  teams  of  different  high  education  institutes in the Republic  took  part  in it.  ASUE  presented  “IndexPro”  team.  Harutyun Arzumanyan,  the  first  course  Master  student  of  macroeconomic  policy and forecasting  specialty,  the  senior  of  “IndexPro”  team,  informed  ASUE  Media  and  Public Relations  Division  about  this  and  added  that  Tigran  Qocharyan,  the  President  of  Armenian  Association  of  Scholars,  experienced expert,  hold  the  game.

Hot and intense  competition  was  spent  with  three  stages: the first  two  stages  in  Russian,  the  third  one  in  Armenian.  The  scholars’  teams  tried  to  orientate  fast  and  answer  the  questions   maximum precision.

After  summarizing the results,  the  names  of  won  teams  were  announced: “Medical  team” of  Yerevan  State  Medical  University  won the  first  place, “IndexPro” team  of  ASUE  the  second  place,  “Black  Star”  team  of  Armenian-Russian University  the third  place.

Harutyun  Arzumanyan said  that  a  solemn  ceremony  of  awards  took  place  after  the  end  of  the  event.   Sevak  Khachatryan, the  President  of  ASUE  Student  Council,  thanked  Tigran Qocharyan  for a  fair   game  and  handed  him  a thank writing and souvenir.The  President  of  ASUE  Student  Council awarded  the  won  teams with  the symbol  of  scholars:  “Owl”  and  books.

Grigor  Nazaryan,  acting   Head of  ASUE  Chair  of  International  Economic  Relations,   thanked the  participating  teams  for  interesting and  beautiful  game  and  handed  them  certificates of participation.

P.S. “IndexPro”  team  won  in  “Gyumri  Cup” intelectual  contest-fastival  taken place  in Gyumri  in  March,  25  teams  from  the  cities  of  the   RA  and  Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
