SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR ABOUT THE PROCEDURE OF FORMATION OF CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL REPORT

With  the  initiative  of  the  Chair  of  Financial  Accounting  in the  Department  of  Accounting  and  Audit a  scientific  seminar  took  place  at  the  Finance  Department  with  a  topic  "The  procedures  of  formation  of    consolidated  financial  reports  with  interpretation  of  international  standards".  The  Heads  of  Departments  of  Accounting  and  Audit  and  Finance,  representatives  of  the  faculties,  high  course  students,  Masters  and  Postgraduates  also  took  part  in it.

Vazgen  Terzibashyan,  a  lecturer  in  the  Chair  of  Finance  Accounting,  leading  specialist  in  "Armenian  Program" company,  was  the  speaker  and  he  refered  the  procedures  of  formation  of  consolidated  financial  reports  with  interpretation  of  international  standrds,  mentioned  that while  forming  them  a  financial  report  of  a  mother  and  daughter  organizations  were  united.

In  the  end  the  speaker  answered the  questions  the  presents  were  interested  in.
