Koryun Atoyan, ASUE Rector, PhD in Economics, Professor, was  hosted by the “Welcome Artsakh” TV project of Artsakh Public Television in June  and presented the workshop on “Issues  and Prospect of Higher Education” hold on June 28 in Stepanakert.
