ASUE Professors were Trained in Italy

Hasmik Hambardzumyan, Assistant Professor at the  Chair of Tourism and Crisis Management, and Tigran Mnatsakanyan, Assistant Professor at the Chair of Management,  attended the  intensive course of 65 hours in “Economics for Tourism Development” within the project HERITAG - Higher Education Interdisciplinary Reforms in Tourism Management  and Applied Geoinformation curricula, held from 20/03/2017 to 31/03/2017 in Rimini campus, University of Bologna.

The  participants  of the  intensive  course discussed a number of topics with Bologna  University teachers - creative industry and tourism, tourism economics, cultural economics, formation of business model, signification of culture and tourism in local sustainable development, strategic approach to tourism, organizing activities of tourism organizations and human resource management, tourism industry uncertainty, measurement systems of Web reputation and performance.

The  information is  submitted  by our professors  and  they mentioned that visits to Rimini Municipality and  innovative center, old Roman monuments, Ravenna and San Marino were involved in the program, where  the participant got  acquainted  with development approaches  of  local tourism.

Representatives  of  National University of Architecture  and Construction of Armenia, Goris  State  University, as well as a number of Georgia, attended the  intensive  course.

It’s planned  to conduct partner seminar-discussion in order to share the  acquired experience.
