Our Students as the Best Swimmers
Individual swimming competitions was held in “Spitak Tnak” swimming pool on October 8 in the frames of the RA Universities 17th Republican sport games, which was attended by 65 athletes of Armenia State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport, Armenian State University of Economics, Yerevan State Medical University, National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Yerevan State University, French University of Armenia and State Pedagogical Institute of Gyumri.
Hovhannes Gabrielyan, Head of Chair of Physical Training, Emergency Situations and Civil Defense, ASUE, Chief Secretary of the RA Universities 17th Republican sport games, member of the Presidium of the RA Student Federation submitted the information and mentioned that ASUE students had won gold, silver and bronze medals.
The autumn stage of the RA Universities 17th Republican sport games has launched on October 2 by shooting tournament. Tournaments of futsal, volleyball and other competitions will be conducted and the games will be summed up on December.
Students Republican Sport Games are organized joint by the RA MES and Youth Foundation of Armenia.
