ASUE Rector Koryun Atoyan was Awarded the Jubilee Medal of the RA Yerkrapah Volunteer Union

Koryun Atoyan, ASUE Rector,  Professor, was  awarded  with the jubilee medal "The 5th Brigade 25 Years" of the RA Yerkrapah Volunteer Union by the decree of Manvel Grigoryan, the Chairman of Yerkrapah Volunteer Board, Hero of Artsakh, Lieutenant-General, for  the support of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the 5th Motorized Rifle Volunteer Brigade of the Ministry of Defense, as well as for the support of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union projects. Today, Hrant Patrikyan, Member of the Board of the YVU, Professor, handed  the  award to ASUE Rector.

ASUE has especially highlighted the implementation of military-patriotic programs in recent years. During the four-day-Artsakh war, our University, staff and students provided material and moral support to Artsakh. Students participating in the four-day-war are under constant care and attention of the University administration and their tuition fees are reduced by 50%. Visits to frontline and providing material assistance to soldiers are part of our everyday activities.

Koryun Atoyan expressed gratitude and congratulated the members of Yerkrapah Volunteers Union and its leader, Lieutenant-General Manvel Grigoryan. "I would like to warmly congratulate the family of the Yerkrapah and its Leader, Artsakh Hero, Lieutenant-General and my good friend Manvel Grigoryan on the New Year and Christmas and send my sincere wishes”; stated ASUE Rector.
