"Amberd" Research Center provides OECD report overview: "Getting Skills Right: Assessing and Anticipating Changing Skill Needs".

Digitization, globalization and demographic changes lead to the fact that new skills become in demand of the labor market all the time. This can lead to a shortage of skilled labor force.  

The new OECD report "Getting Skills Right: Assessing and Anticipating Changing Skill Needs" identifies strategies for improving the effective use of information in the labor market. It shows how this information can be used in migration policies, and provides an analysis of the labor market in 29 countries.
