Sport success of ASUE student Vahan Ter-Balyan

Vahan Ter-Balyan, 3rd year student of the Finance Department, champion of Europe, multiple champion of Russia participated in the European Armwrestling Championship on May 26-June 3 in Sofya (Bulgaria). In the 65-70 weight category he won a silver and bronze medal (3rd place with the right hand and 2nd place with left hand).

Today Vahan was a special guest at the Media and Public Relations Division. He was not satisfied with his results calling it "sporty fortune". The gold medal was not awarded to him because of 3 remarks (the competition was started a few moments ago).
Our congratulations to our athlete-student. Wish him new victories.
We’d like to note that Vahan Ter-Balyan will soon participate in the Armwrestling World Championship in Antalya, Turkey.
