The Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) continues to strengthen its relationship with prospective students. On October 16, ASUE hosted its first Open House event of the 2024-2025 academic year in a fresh new format. Held in the university's main auditorium, the event welcomed students, teachers, and parents from schools and colleges across Yerevan and Armenia’s regions. Attendees were given the opportunity to explore the 11 bachelor's degree programs offered by ASUE, as well as learn about daily university life, student activities, and other opportunities available to them.

ASUE Rector Armen Grigoryan greeted the prospective students, offering them a warm welcome to one of the most progressive, technologically advanced, and leading educational institutions in Armenia. "Our university is the second-largest in Armenia and the largest in terms of economic education. Around 60% of students in these academic programs study here. Regardless of your final choice, the most important thing for us is that it is a conscious decision, as it will be a key milestone in your path to success," the Rector said, adding that the university stands by its students throughout their studies and career-building journeys.

ASUE Student Council President Arev Manukyan also greeted the prospective students, highlighting the importance of the choice they are making. "To make the right choice, you must follow your heart. That’s the only way it will be a conscious decision that leads you in the right direction," she said. Students representing the university's six faculties introduced the academic programs, career prospects, and vibrant student life at ASUE. Zhora Stepanyan and Iren Gevorgyan from ASUE’s Continuous Education Division provided detailed information about the admission process and various initiatives aimed at strengthening the university’s connection with prospective students.

The event continued in the ASUE courtyard, where each faculty had its own booth. There, professors and students welcomed future applicants, answered questions, and shared insights about the programs and opportunities. Attendees also learned about the university’s international exchange programs and student council-organized events, including educational, intellectual, cultural, and sports activities. In addition, prospective students participated in quizzes and competitions, winning ASUE-branded gifts, which added excitement and engagement to the event.
