Completion of the Soft Skills Journey Training Course
On June 3, the two-month Soft Skills Journey training course concluded at the ASUE Change Lab. The primary goal of this course was to assist young professionals in achieving significant advancements in their careers through the development of abilities and soft skills.
Artak Aslanyan, Head of Change Lab, has welcomed and congratulated the participants, underlining the unique nature of this training course, particularly underlined the fact that the majority of participants were first-year students.
Armen Grigoryan, Acting Rector of ASUE, congratulated all the participants and pointed out that the completion of the course is a significant step towards enhancing their competitiveness. He believes that participants have not only acquired new knowledge but also developed invaluable soft skills and leadership abilities that will serve them in their future endeavors.
The speakers of the two-month training course expressed their opinions and impressions, highly appreciating similar initiatives undertaken by the university. They underlined the importance of continuity in such endeavors, emphasizing the significant impact they have on the personal and professional development of participants.
The event was finalized by the award of the certificates to course participants as a testament to their successful completion of the program.
