"The state should have a Think Tank in the 21st century": Vartan Atoyan's Interview to "Iravunk"

Vardan Atoyan, Deputy Director, Senior Expert of AMBERD Research Center, Doctor of Sciences (Political Science) gave an interview to "Iravunk" newspaper. He referred to a wide range of think tank issues, including the role of the think tanks in the public policy, international experience of state-think tanks cooperation, policy development and implementation, using the potential of expert-analytical structures, the benefits and the process in Armenia and a number of challenges in this sphere.
