ASUE Vice-Rector Tatul Mkrtchyan held a speech at the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute

On February 28, Vice-Rector for Science of the Armenian State University of Economics, Doctor of Economics, Professor Tatul Mkrtchyan and Dean of ASUE Faculty of Management, Manuk Movsisyan, participated in the scientific meeting held at the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute (AGMI), in memory of the victims of the massacres organized in the Azerbaijan SSR and to signify the day of the protection of rights of the deported Armenian population.

Tatul Mkrtchyan spoke on "1988-1992: economic losses of Armenians displaced from Azerbaijan", based on the research implemented by ASUE "Amberd" Research Center carrying the same title.
