Albert Hayrapetyan in the interview pointed out that the book is the result of the study of a large volume of legal literature and cases of international courts and long-lasting creative work that was highly assessed by Calouste Gulbenkyan Foundation.

The Artsakh issue was discussed in Armenian scientific literature and publicly mainly from the standpoint of political, historical and emotional realia, whereas the legal aspect of the conflict was not considered so the work of A. Hayrapetyan is of high importance.
