On October 25, ASUE Change Lab launched a new series of trainings aimed at developing students' managerial competencies, being aware of modern management models and tools.

This is the next one of Change Lab courses with various formats, where the best 10 experts in the field will share their knowledge, experience and skills with ASUE students. The invited speakers have both comprehensive theoretical knowledge of effective management and successful working experience in the practical field.

Out of more than 270 pre-registered applicants for the Complex Management trainings, were selected those, whose motivation letters interested the Change Lab team.

Welcoming the participants of the course, ASUE Rector Diana Galoyan noted that the forms of non-formal education create a great opportunity for today's students in labor market, enriching their knowledge and developing their skills.

"Education is the basis of any dream. Today you are on the threshold of your dream and the only thing you should do is reading, education and self-development"; Diana Galoyan stated.

The director of Change Lab Artak Aslanyan informed that the trainings will be conducted in three main directions: to guide students to become problem solvers, change agents, and to develop business competencies among students.

Davit Iskandaryan, a leading specialist in the field, PhD in Economics, shared his experience and knowledge on the basic principles of project management with the young people taking the first steps in the field, who will later apply them in practice to achieve the desired result.
