Within the framework of two-week retraining for civil servants

Hovik Grigoryan, PhD in Economics, Assistant Professor at the Chair of Finance, worked at the Mesrop Mashtots University of Artsakh Republic on July 9-16 within the framework of two-week retraining for civil servants of Republic of Artsakh. His visit was organized and coordinated by the ASUE Lifelong Education and Career Division. Hovik Grigoryan assured that the visit was very effective. He lectured on "Budget execution", "The essence of the budget", "Treasury System" and "State Investments". The chief and leading specialists were retrained.
ASUE lecturer received a certificate of gratitude for active and interesting training course for civil servants.
ASUE Lifelong Education and Career Division informs that Armine Schanyan, PhD in Economics, Assistant Professor at the Chair of Finance, also will work till July 21 within the framework of retraining for civil servants of Republic of Artsakh.
