The 41st session of ASUE SSS has finalized its activities

"The Armenian State University of Economics will strive to create favorable conditions for students engaged in scientific activities and to promote their participation within the frames of the Student Scientific Society," ASUE Rector Diana Galoyan announced today, on March 31, at the closing event of the 41st session of the SSS.

The competition committee was headed by Tatul Mkrtchyan, Vice-rector for Science of ASUE, and members were Davit Hakhverdyan, director of the "Amberd" research center, Tigran Martirosyan, Head of the Science Division, Lilit Dadayan, the Rector's adviser on student affairs, Gayane Avagyan, Anush Shirinyan, Gagik Badadyan, Maria Sahakyan, Narine Mirzoyan, Srbuhi Israelyan, and after assessing the content of the papers, its scientific nature, the quality of the presentation, the completeness and depth of answering the questions posed, they have assessed and selected the best ones, and announced the names of the winners.

Congratulating and expressing his support to the award winners and participants, Davit Hakhverdyan pointed out that it is important for students to develop their research and analytical skills, which will help them in the future, as a successful start for their professional activities.

The first to third place winners were awarded 150,000, 100,000 and 50,000 AMD respectively.

After the awarding ceremony, the rector has answered the students' questions posed, highlighting the fact that the university is ready to hold open and constructive discussions and contributes in the process of increasing students' motivation to be involved in research works.
