ASUE Is Implementing An International Project Aimed At Improving Cooperation Between Entrepreneurship And Research Infrastructures In Armenia And Georgia

At the end of 2020, the Armenian State University of Economics became the coordinator “Transferring V4 expertise in knowledge/technology transfer” project. The 1.5 year program is co-financed by the governments of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia with grants from the International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the foundation is to promote ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe. The project is aimed at promoting R&D culture within Armenian and Georgian SMEs, academia, and Research Infrastructures based on the succeeded expertise of V4 partners for establishing feasible operation schemes and cooperation networks between involved stakeholders.

Today, the online launching event of the project took place, participed by the Rector of ASUE Diana Galoyan, director of AMBERD Research Center David Akhverdyan, Head of the engineering and technological department of Center for the Advancement of Natural Discoveries using Light Emission (CANDLE) Vladimir Dekhtyarov, founding director of the organization “Haterk Food” Samvel Mirzakhanyan, employees of the ASUE International Relations Division headed by Sona Matinyan, representatives of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and the RA Ministry of High Technologies Industry, as well as representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, research institutes and academic circles interested in issues in this are.
