ASUE representatives were hosted at Osijek University by “Erasmus+” program

According to the agreement signed by Armenian State University of Economics and Josip Juraj Strossmayer Osijek University (Croatia) within the frames of “Erasmus+” program, ASUE representatives visited Croatia from March 14-18 based on administrative staff exchange program.

Advisor to ASUE Rector Lilit Dadayan, deputy dean of the faculty of Marketing and Business Organization Ara Mkrtchyan, leading specialist at the Continuing Education division Aida Mirumyan and head of department of Development Programs, Science, Quality Assurance and Foreign Affairs of ASUE Gyumri branch Arpine Sargsyan, within a 4-day visit to Croatia, got acquainted with study processes, student affairs, international activities, scientific research programs at Osijek University as well as met ASUE students who had won scholarships within the frames of “Erasmus+” exchange program to study at Osijek University, namely Tigran Baghdasaryan (faculty of Marketing and Business Organization), Inessa Mardoyan (Faculty of Finance), Gevorg Arakelyan (Economic Regulation and International Economic Relations) and Elen Hakobyan (Faculty of Accounting and Audit).

Lilit Dadayan highlighted that lecturers and employees of the host university expressed their admiration on our students pointing out their professional knowledge, respect towards everybody and ethical behavior. Aida Mirumyan assured that our students were also satisfied by the conditions provided and the study processes.

In a series of meetings with the representatives of Osijek University, Ara Mkrtchyan mainly attached importance to the communication and the opportunity to exchange experience with Associate Professor Alexander Ertseg, representative of international relations office Martina Shyutoi, vice-dean of the Faculty of Economics Ivan Keyici and pointed out that this can be an excellent start for the future partnership.

The days spent in Osijek were full of cultural and interpersonal communication as well as interesting talks and walks with ASUE students. By the way, they also visited our students Ani Zakaryan and Hripsime Velikyan studying at Juraj Dobrila University of Pula.

All ASUE students studying in Croatia have sent their warm regards to their favorite university.
