Current geopolitical developments and RA economy: an expert opinion

Expert at ASUE “Amberd” Research Center Meri Hovsepyan, while addressing the announcement of RA vice Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan made at National Assembly on payments for Russian gas in rubles, pointed out that it will be favorable for the economy of Armenia.

“If it becomes possible for Armenia by means of negotiations and discussions to fix the price of the imported gas in rubles, it will have its positive impact on the energy market” – the economist highlighted in the interview given to “Armenpress” news agency.
