Butter Market Survey: ASUE “Social Research” Laboratory Presents

ASUE "Social Research" Scientific Laboratory conducted research within the framework of the project "Social Impact Assessment of Inflation" studying butter market research- the food product that has been widely discussed by the public in recent months and has caused a variety of debates. The report focuses particularly on the international and local butter markets, the production and import volumes in Armenia, and the consumption of butter by the population. Yelena Manukyan, Director of the Laboratory, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, mentioned that the role of butter in our society is numerous, so its quality and accessibility are extremely important.
