Collection of "Public Finance" Lecture Materials in ASUE Online Library

Our online library has been supplemented with the book “Public Finance” (lecture materials for students of economics specialty). The authors are  Armine Schanyan,  Assosaite Professor at the Chair of Finance, Lilit Hovakanyan and Nargiz Sughyan, Assistant Professors, PhDs in Economics. The professional editor is the Head of the Chair of Finance, Doctor of Sciences, Professor Ashot Salnazaryan.

The book was assured  for publication by the Board of Faculty of Finance, ASUE Chair of Finance. As  it’s mentioned  in the interduction, the lecture materials clarified the essence of public finances, the peculiarities of the external relations, the approaches of the budget system, regulation of the budget process, the toolkit of fiscal policy.
