ASUE Associate Professor Lectured on HRM at Poznan University of Economics

ASUE goes on strengthening interaction with European Universities with the participation of the EU “Erasmus +” program. One of the components of the program is the mobility of the University staff, within of which ASUE conducts business trips for academic and administrative members to partner Universities, as well as hosts members of those Universities.

On June 3-7, Maria Sahakyan, Associate Professor of the Chair of Labor Economics, was hosted at Poznan University of Economics (Poland) and lectured at the International Master's degree in Innovation Management. She touched upon HRM, particularly, presented "Career Management", "Staff Training and Development", "Theoretical Foundations and Peculiarities of Payments and Awards in the RA", "Management Decision Making" topics.

While being interviewed Maria Sahakyan told ASUE Media and Public Relations Division, that she met the international relations division staff of Poznan University, discussed issues for strengthening cooperation.

Lecturer Maciej Brzozowski expressed willingness to cooperate with ASUE, he also want to visit Armenia in the coming academic year, as well as co-author scientific article on HRM with Maria Sahakyan.

Our delegate also visited the oldest cultural sites in Poland.
