The final certification process at the Department of Computer Science and Statistics

Today final certification process for bachelor’s degree students was held at the department of Computer Science and Statistics. The dean of the department Manuk Movsisyan informed, that this year the number of graduates according to the specialties were as follows: full-time bachelor’s degree: 30 student of Mathematical Methods and Models in Economics specialty, 39 student of Management Information Systems, 25 student of Statistics and 14 master’s degree students of Management Information Systems. Manul Movsisyan also noted that there were some students of the last years and two of them would take a final exam.

We visited the auditoriums accompanied with the dean and witnessed the atmosphere. The graduates were well-prepared, relaxed and confident. Our conversation with the chairman of the committees once again confirmed that our university educated a wonderful generation of specialists. The Committee Chairman Rolan Mnatsakanyan, PhD in Economics, employee of the RA CB Dilijan Training and Research Centre noted his satisfaction with the graduation works, especially analyzing concrete directions in economic growth, monetary policy, consumer behavior, market competition and other issues through mathematical models.

P.S. The protection of final works and master’s thesis for Full-time bachelor’s and master’s degree will be from April 25 to May 28 and the protection of final works for Part-time bachelor’s degree will be from May 29-June 20.
