“ASUE Graduate – 2018” graduation ceremony

“ASUE Graduate – 2018” graduation ceremony was held today in the ASUE picturesque yard. Festive atmosphere was at the university with warm words, sincere congratulations. The opening ceremony was solemnly opened by ASUE Board Chairman Vache Gabrielyan. Congratulating the graduates, their parents, the university administration and the teaching staff, he expressed hope that graduates would use their knowledge for the development and progress of the Armenian society and become highly qualified professionals to make the University more competitive, responsive to life requirements and knowledge-based. After his speech, Vache Gabrielyan awarded Excellence (Red) diplomas.
ASUE Rector, Professor Koryun Atoyan also delivered a heartfelt speech to graduates. He stressed that this year, nearly 1700 students had graduated from the University and University provided with high quality education, trying to make learning modern and effective.
After awarding the excellence diplomas, then came the two traditional nominations. So Hovsep Gyurjinyan (Tavush region), graduate of the department of Marketing and Business Organization became the winner of “ASUE best graduate of frontier community” nomination and Arpine Manukyan, graduate of the Financial Department became the winner of “ASUE best graduate – 2018”.
In her thankful speech on behalf of the alumni, Arpine expressed her gratitude for the high-quality knowledge, experience and warmth that she received in her native University.
The Deans and vice-deans congratulated the heroes of the day and awarded the diplomas to bachelor’s degree graduates in separate pavilions.
The solemn ceremony was followed by the music part, which was conducted by DJ Soprano (Alin Goyan).
