Human Resource Management Strategy for Researchers

On November 26, an info-meeting attended by postgraduate students, researchers and Leadership members took place within the frames Strengthening Research Management and Open Science Capacities of HEIs in Moldova and Armenia/MINERVA project at the Armenian State University of Economics.

Tatul Mkrtchyan, Vice Rector for Science, presented the goals, directions of the MINERVA project and the works done within its frames. The Vice Rector paid special attention to the improvement of human resource management strategy for researchers, the current work on the implementation of the program to combat plagiarism, academic ethics, and the expected outcomes.

Tatul Mkrtchyan touched upon the activity aimed at establishing digital repositories and infrastructures within the frames of the project, emphasizing the importance of their development and cooperation between partner Universities.

He also spoke about the steps taken to become a member of EURAXESS pan-European research platform and to be awarded “HR Excellence in Research” title.
