International Master, ASUE Student Tigran Harutyunyan's chess success

Armenian grandmasters Gevorg Harutyunyan, Vahe Baghdasaryan and International master Tigran Harutyunyan presented Armenia and succeeded in the Maks Zavaneli Chess Tournament held in Lithuania. 56 participant from 15 countries participated in the tournament. As a result of 9 rounds, Gevorg Harutyunyan and Aleksey Fyodorov, representative of Belarus, scored 7 points and shared the 1st and 2nd places. 1st was Fyodorov and the 2nd was Gevorg Haruyunyan. Tigran Harutyunyan was the 3rd. Vahe Baghdasaryan was the 33rd.
One of Armenia's best young international masters, Vice-Champion of the 2011 World Youth Chess Olympiad, the prizewinner of the 2012 World and European Junior Championships, 7 times Armenian Junior Champion Tigran Harutyunyan is a 2nd year student of ASUE part-time Master's degree in Public Finance.
