Medals to ASUE Professor and Lector for “Contribution to the Development of the Eurasian Economic Union”

On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of signing the Eurasian Economic Union agreement and the 25th anniversary of the Eurasian integration idea, Mikayel Melkumyan, acting Head of the Chair of Microeconomics and Organization of Entrepreneurial Activities at ASUE, Doctor of Economics, Professor, the Committee Chair of the RA NA Regional and Eurasian Integration, was awarded the Medal for the Contribution to the Development of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Let’s recall, on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of signing the Eurasian Economic Union agreement and the 25th anniversary of the Eurasian integration idea, a group of state and public figures as well as representatives of the society were awarded Medals for the Contribution to the Development of the Eurasian Economic Union. Mikayel Melkumyan was on a business trip on that day and the award was handed on October 8.

Mikael Melkumyan noted that this award is directly related to chairing the NA Standing Committee on Regional and Eurasian Integration. “During this period a lot of work has been done, there have been numerous trips and reports aimed at developing relations with our country and EAEU member states”; told the Professor.

Note, that Emma Movsisyan, Assistant Professor of the Chair of Microeconomics and Organization of Entrepreneurial Activities at ASUE, PhD in Economics, Deputy Head of the EAEU and Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, was also awarded the Medal for the Contribution to the Development of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Note, Ashot Tavadyan, Head of the Chair of Mathematical Methods in Economics at ASUE, Doctor of Sciences, Professor, member of “Eurasian Expert Club” and was also awarded this medal. Later, we were informed that ASUE Alumni Armine Yaralova was also awarded this award.
