Meeting and Discussion of Cooperation Project at Armenian State University of Economics

On September 3, 2019, the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and 9 Scientific-Educational, Business and Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Armenia for 2019 signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at ensuring cooperation between those responsible for financial-economic thought, expert potential and economic policy development of the Republic of Armenia, contributing to increasing the efficiency of the legislative activity and oversight function of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

On January 12, 2020, parties of the Memorandum of Understanding held a sitting at Armenian State University of Economics, during which they discussed and approved the action plan for 2020-2024.

Representatives of the parties of the Memorandum, Deputies of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, staff members, representatives of Armenian State University of Economics were present at the sitting.

Mane Tandilyan, the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, and Tatul Mkrtchyan, Vice Rector for Science of Armenian State University of Economics, welcomed the participants of the sitting.

The project was presented by Movses Aristakesyan, President of the “Center for Economic Right” NGO. All those present who participated in the discussion of the project, came up with many constructive suggestions, completed the project, which was adopted unanimously and decided to put it into action, informing the professional community.
