Monitoring visit at ASUE. discussion of the results of "PEOPLE" program

Within the frames of monitoring visit of EU Tempus “Promoting Educational Organization through People” » (“PEOPLE”, №543657-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-KZ-TEMPUS-JPGR) project, Lana Karlova, Coordinator of “Erasmus +” National Office in Armenia and Edith Soghomonyan, Program Officer got acquainted with the work done after the completion of the project. Paruir Kalantaryan, Vice Rector on Educational-methodological Matters, Gohar Sargsyan, head of ASUE HRM Division with the staff of the division, Nerses Gevorgyan, head of Quality Assurance Division with the division staff and Gayane Merdinyan, director of Educational-Methodological Affairs Service participated in the meeting held at ASUE. The main results and achievements of the "PEOPLE" program, their impact and application were presented and discussed at the ASUE after the completion of the program in ASUE. Particularly it was pointed out that the study and localization of the experience of the European partner universities (Higher Technical University (Lisbon, Portugal), Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Barcelona, Spain) and Royal Institute of Technology (Stockholm, Sweden) were revised and expanded in HR Management the functions and scope of the division, the database and documentation was improved, trainings for university staff were implemented, new rules, procedures and regulations were developed and approved. The further improvements provided by the two international audits as the part of the program were taken into account and confirmed in ASUE 2018-2023 development strategic plan. Representatives of the Erasmus + national office in Armenia highly assessed the impact of the "PEOPLE" program on ASUE.
