Kicking the Economic Thought: Game-Competition at the Department of RE and IER
On December 15, Karen Grigoryan, acting Chair of Macroeconomics, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, held an economic game-competition for the 2nd year students of economics specialty and the 3rd-4th year students of macroeconomic policy and forecasting specialty.
The game was conducted by Harutyun Arzumanyan, Assistant Professor of the mentioned Chair, PhD in Economics, Karen Grigoryan, PhD in Economics, Tsovinar Karapetyan and Gayane Avagyan, Associate Professors, were in the jure. Grigor Nazaryan, Dean of the Department, attended the intellectual event.
Karen Grigoryan stated that the competition aimed at kicking students' economic thinking and logic, developing teamwork skills, as well as making the student's everyday life more interesting and useful.
The first place winners were awarded a special prize - textbooks published by the Chair of Macroeconomics, and those who took the 2nd-3rd places were awarded diplomas.
