.Today ASUE conference Hall hosted the Fulbright scholar Peter Tumanoff, who delivered a lecture on “Comparative Economic Systems and Development”. The lecture was attended by representatives of the faculty, the staff of foreign relations division and students.

The meeting was organized with the support of Foreign Relations Division.

The professor spoke about the common characteristics of the economic system, explained the role and function of social institutions. Peter Tumanoff considered the economic model of Robinson Crusoe, analyzed it from different perspectives. In the context of overall economic development strategy, the professor presented his own approaches and observations. The lecture was full of imaginative examples, graphic pictures, and statistics.
