A year had passed; the world grew up for a year, the planet enriched with experience, knowledge, wisdom. But along with kindness, evil and destroyer worked.  The world was rocked in different parts, which directly affected our people, our country, especially our compatriots living in the Middle East. Therefore, looking on upcoming, we give an importance to peace, tolerance between nations.

Dear colleagues, dear students, our joint work is creative, it has clear efficiency indicators, thus every results is a source of optimism for all of us. In our university knowledge and experience, generational dialogue, human communications are accompanied by kind and warm relations. And the more efficiently we work, the more we pass each other love, respect and affection.

We are developing and we are moving forward, we are determined to consolidate our achievements and build new ones on the basis of our victories. Thus let’s start 2016, as a new starting point, which will be  based on past achievements, high and creative spirit.

The security and sustainable development of our ancient homeland is our achievement. Only the unity, responsibility toward or country can drive us forward.
