ASUE hosted Hrayr Tovmasyan: Fundamentals of Constitutional Amendments were discussed

Chief of Staff-Secretary General of the Armenian National Assembly Hrayr Tovmasyan, who is also a member of the committee on constitutional reforms, met ASUE students at the Center for International Programs.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of ASUE, Professor Koryun Atoyan, and Vice Rector on Education-Methodological Matters Paruyr Kalantaryan, President of the Student Council Sergey Kharatyan, SC members and students.

Hrayr Tovmasyan comprehensively answered the students' questions about the Constitutional Amendments. He presented the current system and the need for constitutional reforms, spoke about changing the form of government, talked about the transition to a parliamentary model. Rector Koryun Atoyan also asked a question to the speaker.

 Hrayr  Tovmasyan visited ASUE at the invitation of university SC.
