ASUE women's volleyball team won a bronze medal

ASUE women's volleyball team won a bronze medal during the championship games of women's volleyball, which pass in the framework of 16th republican sports games among university students. Tournament Games were held in ASUE gym. We are pleased to inform that ASUE members continue to perform well in the 16th republican sports games.

ASUE chair of Physical training, emergency situations and civil defense informed us that women's volleyball team was again among the strongest: it took the third place with 18 points. Note that the first place was taken by the team of Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture, the second place - Yerevan State University. The teams from 8 Armenian universities participated in the championship. During the interview with the ASUE Media and Public Relations Division Simon Hakobyan a professor of the chair of Physical training, emergency situations and civil defense, coach of the women's volleyball team said that we had very strong opponents and the competition was tensed.

Autumn volleyball tournament among boys starts on 20 October.
