“Motivation raising proposals”: presented by scientific and educational group

ASUE conference hall today hosted the final report of the "Education Motivation" scientific and educational group, which was attended by ASUE Rector Koryun Atoyan, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and External Relations Gagik Vardanyan, Head of the Scientific Division Khoren Mkhitaryan, faculty representatives, employees and students.

In his opening speech Gagik Vardanyan noted that during the previous seminars they had active discussions. He also highlighted the importance of the topic of the "Education Motivation" scientific and educational group in the context of ASUE slogan "We are changing".  

The supervisor of the group Associate Professor Mary Badalyan presented the 9-month work of the group and mentioned that the work was very efficient. Associate Professor thanked for the opportunity to carry out such research.

Two reports were made today. "Factors analysis of satisfaction of ASUE professors from working conditions" was reported by Associate Professor Marine Nikoghossyan. Mary Badalyan presented a report on "The concept of increasing the motivation of the ASUE staff”. The group brought up the issues of higher education motivation increase.

The presentations were followed by questions, comments and observations.

Concluding the seminar, Rector noted that the lecturers consistently engage in research activities to improve vocational skills.
