Choosing, serving and enjoying wine: sommelier offered students an exclusive class

3rd year students of the specialty "Tourism Service Quality Management" held their class in a café, which is known for providing customers with high-quality wines. This exciting class was initiated by assistant Professor of the mentioned chair Stepan Mantarlyan.

Sommelier (wine expert) Knara Tarjumanyan presented students some details of wine selection, delivery and drinking. The students were informed of 7 "rotation" of wine before drinking, which allows you to feel the aroma and determine the quality. According to the specialist each type of wine has its features of serving. She also talked about distinguished people who loved wine. For Europeans wine is an respected drink, for example, French people drink 1 liter of wine a day.  

At the end Stepan Mantarlyan thanked Knara Arjumanyan for the class. He pointed out that wine had great demand worldwide and in this regard it is important for students of this specialty  to be aware of all that was talked about in this lesson.
