The present and the future of Eurasian Economic Union: Vladimir Goshin delivered a lecture

Today, a Board Member (Minister) on customs cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission Vladimir Goshin delivered a lecture on "The prospects of Eurasian integration development and the improvement of customs legislation of the EAEU" in the ASEU great hall.  ASEU vice rector for Scientific Affairs and External Relations Gagik Vardanyan, vice rector on education organizational matters Mihrdat Harutyunyan, assistant of the board member Vadim Zhardetsky, Adviser of the Minister of Finance Levon Barkhudaryan representatives of ASUE scientific staff and students were present at the lecture.

Vice-Rector Gagik Vardanyan presented the guests and expressed the hope that the lecture will be interesting for both students and professors.

Vladimir Goshin began his speech with a general description of the Eurasian Economic Union, as a regional economic integration union, then went on a historical excursion in 1994 when on international treaties and agreements the countries planned the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union and in 2010, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan de-facto formed the Customs Union.

The students asked Vladimir Goshin many questions concerning the Armenia-Turkey relationship in the context of free trade zone, endangered sovereignty of the countries in case of monetary union formation, etc.  

The speaker answered all the questions in details. Gagik Vardanyan thanked Mr. Goshin and presented certificates for interesting and profound lecture.
