The second interim report of “Network Economy” scientific and educational group took place
ASEU boardroom today hosted the second interim report of the “Geographical Information systems” scientific and educational group, which was attended by ASEU Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and External Relations Gagik Vardanyan, the director of "Amberd” Research Center Samvel Avetisyan, representatives of ASUE scientific staff and students.
In his opening speech, Gagik Vardanyan noted that the results of the previous reports of the scientific and educational groups had been satisfying. He hoped that the activity of the group would be useful.
The head of the Research Group, head of the chair of Environmental Economics, doctor of economics, Professor Suren Gevorgyan briefly presented the current activities, available results and the plans of the group. He said that during the final presentation they would made concrete proposals and would invite representatives of relevant agencies (e.g. Registry Committee).
Afterwards the other members of the group came up with their speeches. The presentations were followed by questions, comments and observations.
Note that the members of the scientific and educational group are: head of the Research Group Suren Gevorgyan, Assistant Professor of the chair of Environmental Economics Gevorg Aloyan, Assistant Professor Armen Rubinyan, post-graduate students Kristine Mqoyan, Abov Khachatryan. The topic of the research is “The use of geographic information systems in the real estate sector".
