ASUE MEMBERS ATTENDED COURSES IN LISBON AND BARCELONA WITHIN FRAMEWORK OF TEMPUS PROGRAM

Courses within  the  framework  of EU Tempus program “Promoting Educational Organization through People” (“PEOPLE”) are organized  in Lisbon (Portugal)  on  October 26-November 1, 2014  and  in Barcelona (Spain)  on  November 17-21, 2014, which  were  attended  by  collaborators of Human  Resource  Management  Division  Gohar  Sargsyan  and  Gohar  Nerkararyan,  as well  as Head  of  Quality  Assurance  Division, Head  of  UNESCO Chair  of  Education Management Nerses  Gevorgyan.

Our partners informed  that the program aims  to  strengthen and clarify the scope of the  sector  workers  powers, developing human resources management strategy.  The  program has launched  on November, 2013  and  will  be  implemented through the university consortium  including  universities and educational organizations  of the European Union, as well as Armenia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia

Human  Resource  Management  Division    of  ASUE  has conducted self-analysis   on July 8, 2014,  which aimed  to study processes  and  procedures  of human resources management, to  identify the strengths and weaknesses.

At  the  end  of  the  courses the  participants  were  awarded  certificates.

The  program is ongoing, new training courses are planned in the near future.
