VARIETY OF SKILLS TO START BANKING CAREER: SEMINAR-DISCUSSION AT ASUE
Today, Banking Career Development Center joint with ASUE Career and Marketing Center organizes a seminar-discussion on “Needs of bank staff for 2015 or how to find a job in the banking system”.
The speaker was the Development Project Manager of “MALKHASYAN Consulting” Ltd. Narek Manaseryan, who presented the most popular staff in the RA commercial banks, available job, a number of details to start banking career.
Specifically, he referred to job provided by commercial banks, motivation to work in bank, mission, job requirements for the alumni and etc. Narek Manaseryan presented the results of a survey spent among Armenian banks, which expresses the necessary information, such as how the banks assess the professional knowledge of alumni, skills and abilities, what professional gaps the alumni have and etc.
The seminar was conducted in interactive atmosphere, an active discussion was held, ASUE students raised question of their concern.
The 3rd year student /part-time/, Department of Accounting and Auditing, Yura Grigoryan mentioned that such kinds of seminar-discussions are very effective and they gain additional knowledge.
