INTER DEPARTMENT CHAMPIONSHIP OF GIRLS BASKETBALL

ASUE Departments  compete  in  girls basketball  championship: today inter department  games  started, which  will  last  till  the  end  of the  week.

In the  interview  with  ASUE  Media  and Public  Relations  Division the  acting Head of  the  Chair of  Physical Training, First Aid and Civil Defense  Hovhannes Gabrielyan welcomed the  students’ interest  and enthusiasm towards sport  games  and  mentioned; “This  is  a  pleasant   result of  sport  games  held within the  framework of  “Student  Autumn 2014” sport cultural festival.

Being encouraged with the games  students  from  different  Departments  suggested  to  organize girls  basketball  championship. Ahead the  proposal the  Chair  joint with  Student  Council  organizes  the  championship, and  probably since  next  year girls  basketball  championship  will  also  be  included  in interuniversity  sport  games”.  He   mentioned  that  this  championship  is  held  out  of  the  framework of  the  festival.
