Open lesson by Gagik Makaryan, President of RUEA
Stepan Mantarlyan, PhD in Economics, Assistant Professor at the chair of Tourism and Crisis Management invited Gagik Makaryan, president of RUEA to held an open lesson for the 2-3rd year students of tourism management specialization. Within the framework of the "Tourism Services Quality Management" subject he touched the matters with the implementation of international tourism management standards (ISO) in Armenia and economic development perspectives. Also the steps taken to improve the quality were discussed.
Stepan Mantarlyan noticed that students should be aware of the international standards applicable to our country's services and this informational meeting has certainly raised the knowledge of future professionals. The lesson was active with discussions, questions and answers.
