YURI SUVARYAN WAS AWARDED THE TITLE OF HONORED WORKER OF SCIENCE OF THE RA

On the occasion of the 23rd Anniversary of the RA Independence, President  Serzh  Sargsyan signed decrees to award high state decorations and honorary titles to a group of representatives from the areas of science, economy, health, culture, representatives of the Diaspora, servicemen from the Armed Forces, the RA National Security Service and law enforcement bodies.

Academician-Secretary of the Division of Armenology and Social Sciences  of Armenia National Academy of Sciences,  Head of  the  Chair  of  Management, Armenian State  University  of  Economics,  Doctor  of  Economic  Sciences, Professor, Yuri  Suvaryan was  awarded  the  title  of  honored  worker  of  science.  

In the  interview  with ASUE  Media and Public  Relations  Division the famous scientist, who  has  been awarded  a  number  of  state awards  during his working  biography,  mentioned; “I  have been  awarded three  medals: Anania  Shirakatsi  in 2000, “For Services Contributed to the Motherland” of the I rank in 2011,  “Vachagan Barepasht” in 2013.  This  one  is  distinguished   because  it  is the appreciation of my almost 50 years of teaching and research work.  And for the worker of science, in my opinion, it is the most valuable award.

I  thank our Government and especially the President  for  the  high  appreciation  of  my activity”.

We  congratulate Yuri  Suvaryan  for  this  high  award  and  wish  inexhaustible energy and new achievements.
