Today is the anniversary of independence of the third Republic of Armenia. 23  years  ago, on September 21, 1991,  Armenian  people,  with  its  collective  will  and  the  referendum held in Armenia, , chose to live in a free and sovereign  country.

Our  country entered a new period of history, a new development path.  On September 23, summarizing the  results  of the referendum the  Republic  of  Armenia  was  declared  an independent state.

Congratulations  on   our  country’s Independence Day.
