STUDENTS HEROES: CULTURAL MEASURE ENTITLED “HAYORDINER” (photos)

Cultural  measure  entitled “Hayordiner”  was  held  today  at the 2nd  year  students of  the  Department of Finance, the  slogan of which  was “Wins  the  one  who  carries   victory”.  Sophya  Ohanyan, lecturer  at  the  Chair  of   Philosophy and Armenian History, Candidate  in Philosophy, Associate  Professor,  organized  the  measure.

Introducing the initiative, she  mentioned  that the main goal    of  the  measure  was to make  the  students   to  recognize  the work  and ideas of    the  Armenian Great Heroes.  The  lecturer  quoted  Nzhdeh’s profound  proverb  and  mentioned  that  the measure  aimed  to find  out  ASUE  studious young people. 

Vardan Atoyan, Director  of  “National Security Research”  Programat “AMBERD” Research Center, Candidate in Economics,  Gohar  Gevorgyan, Head of  ASUE  Media  and Public Relations  Division, Chief Editor  of “Tntesaget” magazine, were  invited   as  members  of  the  Jury.

Zakar  Kirakosyan,  Dean of  the  Department of   Finance, welcomed the students,  noting  that such  measures   enabled  students to  self-educate,   develop and identify  themselves.  The  Dean  thanked Aram  Sargsyan,  Head of  the  Chair  of Philosophy and Armenian History,  and  Sofya  Ohanyan.

Each  student presented   his/her  chosen hero.

Here  are  the  names  of the Armenian Great  Heroes  the student  presented: Charles Aznavour, Alexander  Tamanyan, Soghomon Tehleryan, Shavarsh Karapetyan,  Movses  Khorenatsi,  William Saroyan, Hrant Dink, Paruyr Sevak,  Davit  Anhakht,  Aram Khachatryan, King  Pap, Hovhannes  Ayvazokski, Davit Bek, Sayat-Nova, Monte  Melkonyan, Grigor  Narekatsi, Levon Aronyan, Garegin Nzhdeh, Mher Mkrtchyan, Leonid Yengibaryan, Hovhannes Tumanyan, Viktor Hambardzumyan.

Voting was conducted after  the measure: the  Jury  and   participants (students) filled in a ballot the  name  of  the report  they  liked.

So, the  Jury awarded the  main prize to Anna  Asatryan,  who  presented  Monte Melkonyan, and  in the result  of vote among  the students the  2nd prize  was  awarded to Vardush  Dallakyan, who  presented Mher  Mkrtchyan. Vardan Atoyan  and Gohar Gevorgyan  handed the  prizes.    All participant  students  got  certificates.

We  congratulate the  organized  Sophya  Ohanyan  and  wish  her new  ideas.
