ARMENIAN STATE UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS BECAME A MEMBER OF “EURASIAN ASSOCIATION OF ECONOMIC UNIVERSITIES”

Armenian State  University  of  Economics became  a  member  of  “Eurasian Association  of  Economic Universities”  by  the signed contract  during  the Constituent Assembly  held  at Rostov State  University  of  Economics (РИНХ)   on May 23,  which  was  attended  by  ASUE  Rector  Koryun Atoyan.

Here  are  the    members  of  the  contact: Rostov State  University  of  Economics (РИНХ), Armenian State University  of  Economics, Belarus State University  of  Economics,  Kazakh State  University  of  Economics after T. Ryskulov,  Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Ural State University of Economics”,  “Karaganda University of Economics” non-state educational institution, Odessa National University of Economics.

According to the  mentioned  contact the founders  create a non-commercial organization, which  aimed at  joint  development of  the  Universities  and formation of  effective structure for mutual  support. 

The statute of the Association  was  approved during the Constituent Assembly,  according to  which the  main objectives  are:  to preserve and  to  develop the  traditions  of  the  university  academic and scientific  activity,  to  support  the development of higher education system in state  universities,  to  develop mechanisms and standards  for  assuring qualified   higher  education for economic and management  area, to  create organizational  and  methodological  basis,  to analyze the best practices of  higher education system,  to  create institutional basis  of  generalization and distribution, monitoring  of  the sustainable socio-economic development  of  the States of  participating  universities,  to  create multilateral system  for analysis and   solution of current  problems. The  general   principles  of  the  activity, rights and obligations of the parties   were  clarified  during  the  meeting. The  work  plan  of  “Eurasian Association  of  Economic Universities”  for  the 2014-2016 was  discussed  and  approved,  as well as a  decree  was  established  regarding creation of  permanent departments  of  the  Association.
