ASUE STUDENT AS THE 1st INTERNATIONAL EXPERT-STUDENT FROM ARMENIA
Arus Harutyunyan, the President of Armenian National Student Association (ANSA) Commission on Educational Reforms, has become the first international expert-student of higher education quality assurance from Armenia.
Armenian National Student Association (ANSA) informs that she has been selected as a member of a student-expert group of quality assurance of the European Student Union on February 12. Arus Harutyunyan is the 4th year student at the Department of Management.
In the interview with ASUE Media and Public Relations Division Arus mentioned that the cooperation with the European Student Union is a new phenomenon in our country, hence the responsibility is great.
“Cooperation with the European Student Union is important as it enables to study the experience of the World leading Universities and to use it in our country to contribute to the improvement of education quality. As expert-students we are able to participate in European Universities accreditation. This cooperation enables us to conduct detailed studies, to raise the problems students care about (regarding education quality). 1st of all, the student should be not only education "consumer", but also demanding of knowledge she/he acquire. Each student should realize that her/his voice is very important and imposing”; said Arus.
Our student assured that she would do her best and all projects carried in Armenia would have their positive influence.
The student highlighted the role of Armenian State University of Economics in her success.
