TUITION FEE OF MORE THAN 700 STUDENTS WAS COMPENSATED: RECOTARE BOARD’S REGULAR SESSION
Mandate Commission at Armenian State University of Economics decided to discount the tuition fee of more than 700 students. Paruyr Kalantaryan announced about this during today’s Rectorate Board’s session and reported about the Mandate Commission’s decision regarding partial compensation of tuition fee of the 1st semester of 2013-2014 academic year.
The Vice-Rector reported that the Commission had received 913 applications for tuition fee’s discount, 716 of them had been approved. The Rectorate Board approved the Mandate Commission’s decision.
Armen Karakhanyan, the Head of Educational-Organizational Division, presented the schedules of the 2nd semester’s trainings, exams and winding-ups for part-time Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees. Paruyr Kalantaryan reported about the procedure of winding-ups assessment of Master’s Degree.
Hovsep Aghajanyan, the Chief Editor of “Messenger of ASUE”, reported about improving the quality of published articles, taking it into an international arena, adjusting the frequency of publication and a number of issues. The Rectorate Board decided to form a commission group to discuss the mentioned problems.
Current issues were also discussed after presenting the agenda issues.
