ASUE CARES ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES’ HEALTH: COMMENTS OF THE HEAD OF JURIDICAL DIVISION GAYANE TOROZYAN

Medical insurance  is  an important  mean  to  care  about  the  society’s health,  health protection system.  It is  one  of  health development  ways  of  reproduction of  healthy generation  and important systems.

Today, ASUE  Administration cares  about  this  problem of  its employees.  The  Head of  the  Juridical  Division  Gayane  Torozyan represented the  principle the  University  is  guided  with:

 “The  University gives its  employees  a  financial   opportunity to make  medical  support more available for  them,  using   a  model,  which  solves a  very  important  problem: social equality.  Note, that  a great  part  of    employees  has  signed  a contact  of  medical insurance,  according  to  which ASUE   pays  a part of  insurance fee as a compensation  (annual  fee  for  per person is 120.000AMD). Particularly, each  employee who has signed  a  contact paid  1 per cent of his/her salary, and  the rest of  it the  University  pays”.

Note, that  it is a  serial  step directed  to  solve  the  University employees’ social  problems, to  encourage them. The  University  Administration  traditionally encourages  its  employees  with  monetary  awards, premium  twice per  year.
