RECTOR’S SPEECH TO ASUE STUDENTS GOING TO ARMY
ASUE students of Bachelor’s and Master’s Programmes are going to serve in the Armenian Army and to protect their country.
“I am going to serve in the Armenian Army proudly and with a great sense of duty and responsibility. It’s our honor to keep impregnable the boundaries of our country and ensure peace”, mentioned the first course student Khoren Ter-Hovhannisyan while speaking with ASUE Media and Public Relations Division and added that he’s going to army on June 28. He mentioned that he would manage to pass final exams and enjoy several days of student life before going to the army.
ASUE Rector Koryun Atoyan directed his speech to the students going to army and as well as those who have already come back.
“Dear students, graduates,
our University is proud of those who are going to army. Serving in the Armenian Army is sacred duty of everybody and the protection of the country’s borders is uncontrollable necessity. We regularly had opportunities to be proud of you, as we got gratitude letters from different military units for our students’ good service. I am sure that You will also replenish the number of those young people. Be sure your University is glad for Your success and wait for Your return. We wish you good service.
We congratulate those who have already come back from the army and wish you to adapt to the education process soon”, said Koryun Atoyan.
